Refund & Cancellation Policy

More than 48 hours before pickup: Free cancellation with a full refund.
24-48 hours before pickup: 50% refund of the total rental cost.
Less than 24 hours before pickup: No refund will be provided.
No-show: If the renter does not pick up the vehicle at the scheduled time without prior notice, no refund will be issued.

2. Refund Policy

Eligible Refunds: Refunds are issued in cases of double charges, booking errors, or cancellations that meet the criteria above.
Processing Time: Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days to the original payment method.
Non-Refundable Fees: Administrative fees, late return fees, damage fees, and any prepaid rental amounts for cancellations outside the refund window are non-refundable.

3. Early Returns & Unused Rental Days

No refunds will be issued for early returns or unused rental days once the rental period has started.

4. Changes & Modifications

Customers can modify their reservations (subject to availability), but price adjustments may apply based on new rental dates or vehicle selection.
